Anything at all: a lesson that looks wrong, an answer you think is mis-keyed, a course you wish existed, a bill you did not expect, or a bug. If you are writing about something that went wrong, saying which course and which lesson, and what phone or computer you were on, saves a round trip.

The things people ask most

I forgot my password. Use the reset link. It emails you a link that works once and expires in an hour.
My progress is missing on this device. Sign in on it. Progress belongs to the account, not to the browser, and finished lessons and best scores are merged rather than overwritten, so nothing you have earned is lost by using more than one device. If it is still missing after signing in, email us: the server keeps recent snapshots of every account and we can put one back.
Does it work offline? Yes, once a course is on your shelf. Lessons, quizzes and review all run without a connection, and your work syncs the next time you have one.
How do I close my account? In the app, open Settings and use Delete account, or go to the deletion page. It removes the account, its sessions and its saved progress.
Refunds. The refund policy is part of the Terms.

OmniTaught is built by Michael C. Shedrick, M.S., PLPC, NCC, in Louisiana. The clinical courses are educational material for people training or working in the field. They are not medical advice, not a diagnosis, and not a substitute for supervision.
